I am curious to know this as I quit company A and moved to company B after I got my I140 approved from Company A
And the HR from Company A specifically told me that they would revoke my I140.
But my case status online says that the application has been sent to DoS for visa processing.
It's been more than 3 months I quit Company A.
Probably, it would show up under the case status that I140 has been revoked or something like that.
Anyone has any exp. regarding this?

Client lawyers have advised against it. So vendor can't do anything. I'm still trying to see if they can fax it directly to the consulate or send it in seal envelope to them

I really wanted to know if it was illegla before reporting someone, you can refer to Jaylenos reply where he quoted my previous post and you will know my real issue is with people that do fraud.
And i am not that stupid to write in a forum like this accepting that i am doing a fraud ehn i can be tracked.
I wasnt sure and i didnt know how to go about it.
If that is the intent just report with facts to your state DOL and they will take care of the rest

EB-2, NSC, PD 10/30/07. Only LUD on 11/22/06, since then nothing

It took about 4 weeks. Do you have H1-B extension? If so, I would suggest to use that instead of waiting for AP. The AP has new date instead of old one. Good Luck in getting the AP sooner.
IF your EAD and AP got approved with incorrect Photo. What actions ur lawyer is taking for her I-485 application. IF you 485 approved her card will come with different photo. so you lawyer suggested to you and what actions ur taking to prevent.

My lawyer is stupid guy he wont respond to me. he will only respond to my employer.

H1 B extension under current laws (if on H1B for 6 years)
3 years extension if I140 approved and PD NOT current
1 year extension if LC approved and PD IS CURRENT
EAD or H1B - both RIGHT NOW are only 1 year extensions...
As I understand it, as long as you don't travel using your EAD, you can maintain H1B status. If you use EAD, you lose H1B
btw - as a side note, having multiple questions in 1 thread is almost impossible to track and answer. Ever heard of thread hijacking?!

Although your question is quite laughable and absurd, you could make a point by asking of a list of people who gave up on immigration to the US because of the EB3 backlog. And if these people did make it big..then you have a point.

Also note, just because someone has worked in US for a few years does not get any advantage above Project Manager level.

Anotehr question in thsi regard, say ur I-94 expired and you applied for and got h1 renewal, and the new I-797 has the new I-94 in it, so we cut it from there and staple it to our passports ???

EB3 to EB2 porting, we can worry less about that. these cases needs quite a research. and USCIS capabilities in that area are open for debate....they look for low hanging fruits(read as straight-forward cases) which are easy to be approved...

It has happened several times in the past when a members thought a certain bill had a lot of scope...then started advocating on the forums for IV to take up the cause and start lobbying for it...and if it didnt work out or no one showed interest, IV core team ended up receiving brickbats that they never put in the neccessary efforts. This is just a fact.
The advocacy and lobbying for any bill doesnt follow the "top-down" but the "bottom-up" approach. IV can coordnate lobbying and advocacy at the national level but requires our members across the country to meet with their lawmakers to get specific responses on whether they will support that bill.
IV usually lobbies or works on bills that seem to have some traction in Congress. If members are very sure that there are other bills that should be focussed on - they should gather together the numbers (i.e. members who think this will help), meet with lawmakers in their districts - try to find co-sponsors for the bills. Then, if truly a momentum exists - the IV core team can step in and help with additional lobbying.
I have met 3 congressmen in my area - one is an anti-immig and the other two fully support EB legislation but at this point are judging the climate in the new Congress.
As another member stated IV is "me and you". And the bottomline is asking IV to take up a cause is not the right approach. Advocacy and the momentum has to be started by the members.

US has been in number 1 in the past, moved to 2nd spot for a couple of years, in the world competitiveness rankings. For the first time, the US moved to the 6th Spot in the world rankings by the world economic forum (Europe based Institution). The main reason was because of the huge current account deficit and negative savings (mainly federal deficit) which is a threat to the US competitiveness. China moved down due to corruption etc. India moved up but any further movement will depend on structural reforms, especially controlling the huge public service and red-tape and a creaking infrastructure - power, roads, ports, water supply - all of which are run by the government. The health services in large parts of India is dismal and so is the public education system (K-12). With the left firmly controlling the ruling party, deregulation is slow and insipid, and it is the private sector which is basically contributing to the GDP and Competitiveness.
