Why remove the cap when the demand is less? Shouldnt it be the other way around?

on 2nd july itself, USCIS received 55k applications(including family) and by 27th july the no rose to 75k.

Follow directions in your interview letter with list of things to take. Have all the originals and photocopies. If your case is straight forward , I dont think you need an attorney or else if you think you need an attorney find a local person in your area who can accompany you.
I had an interview last Feb 2009, my case was pre-adjucated. My PD is 2005.
Did you get the interview letter after preadjudication or was it a part of pre adjudication process?

Would like to throw some more ideas;
You should keep in mind that with this economy there is no guarantee of your job (my personal experience).
If you want to stay in this country and that is one of your foremost desires/aim
then in my opinion it is always better to aim for the GC and then do whatever you have to do.
If you have option of going back to your home country and do not mind (due to job loss or other situation) then by all means go for career.

What if we sue USCIS, if not USCIS then some other Fed agency. Least of all, it capture the nation's attention that IV badly needs and make it a mainstream issue just like illegal immigration.

opening new threads like this is annoying, I see lots of useless thread around here which discourages me to come to IV that often. He is asking update from CORE like they owe him, he must have paid his attorney and should attorney in such way not here. Whenever core has something to share they do share, no doubts.
If you do not feel like coming to IV forum, that is your problem.
If anything only the IV Admins can speak of what the members can ask or cannot ask.
I think it is clear that this platform is not a paid subscription, so if the IV Admins do not ask for money who are you to speak of money here?
I did not demand anything, it was a request which the Admins and lot other members would understand except for some jacka** like u.

Also, those who have the "Senior" Member tags, imagine when you first joined this forum, if someone would have responded back saying "Have you paid any money that you are asking for it?" or "What have you contributed or given to this forum that you are asking for it?"
I think the choice and the decision on what to ask and what not to ask is on the Admins of this forum and the IV Members in general and not just on few people like you. If you dont have an answer please do not respond as you are adding to the so called "NEW ANNOYING THREADS".

1. Its illegal for you to pay money for H1B. (you can contact DOL for that, your employer won't be able to hire H1B's).
2. Please don't ask illegal suggestions here. this is a forumn for Highly skilled legal immigrants. you can find your answers from your lawyers.
3. Its not worth applying for H1B if you are in India, this year the quota did not get filled within a day. India is going much better than US during this recession.

Hello Everyone -
I am trying to understand importance of PD after one files 485. I filed my 485 in Jul 2007 and got FP in Sep 07. Then I got a notice for in person interview with USCIS officer. At the end of interview the USCIS officer indicated that the case is approved but will have to wait for Visa # to get the GC. The interview had happened in the month of Feb when visa for EB2 was Unavailable. My PD is Nov 06 and I am just trying to understand how this process will work.
Will my GC be processed when the dates on visa bulletin will be show have nov 06 or it will just get processed as there is no reason to hold the adjudication? Background check or any other
