We have requested an appointment be scheduled for you to complete biometrics. A notice will be sent when a time becomes available.
If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
Please remember: By law, every person who is not a U.S. citizen and who is over the age of 14 must also notify the Department of Homeland Security within 10 days from when they move (persons in "A" or "G" nonimmigrant status are exempt from this requirement). If you have moved, please complete a Form AR-11 and mail it to the address shown on that form. If you do not have this form, you can download it from our website or you can call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 and we can order one for you. Some delay could be in the postal office and in your lawyer's mailbox...I'm a July 31st filer and already got my Receipts....it seems that the USCIS Receipting Update is true in my case, but not for others who are still waiting....

I think your assumption is correct. Even i sent G28 recently with AC21, i got SoftLUD on all my cases including the previous approved ones.

2) Surabhi - nothing personal, but your post reflect how the ideal world should be. However world is not your way always.
Its not ideal world. I have personally experienced both types of desi companies. Some one has commented about hardships of Desi employers that they cant scale beyond 50 employees, lot of competition etc.
The reason they cant scale is they cant think beyond immediate future. When I suggested your ex-employee could bring you business, it was termed as long term sort of non-practical thinking. No wonder why many desi employers are where they are.
Overwhelming majority of desi employers that remain in staffing business havent learnt anything about running business. They are middle men not adding value to employee or the client. They thrive on fear, anxiety in employees and scare tactics created by contracts that they know are unenforceable.
What they dont realize is it takes 1 disgruntled employee who has nothing to lose and is willing them to take to the cleaners.

Our law firm (Fragomen) actually sent someone directly to Nebraska on Sunday evening to file the docs at the USCIS office there...They filed Monday early AM.

Just want to highlight a positive point. June visa bulletin shows that NONE of the visas (or very negligible) are going to be wasted this fiscal year for India. Shows increased USCIS efficiency. Hopefully it will be true for World and China as well.

I've been reading a few messages of late that open with "immigration" but only start talking about legal immigration a few paragraphs later. Please stress "LEGAL" everytime you mention the word "immigration". Thanks.

United states postal service. My lawyer sent it on june 29 and to this day it's a mestry to me how it was delivered at 10:10 pm at night. I did not think anybody would accept it. BUt if they were working on 25000 in 48 hours. The only reason i think they took it is to finish the number of visa available.
